"El Puma Negro" is a visual journey of a dramatic reality's nightmare. Is based in an oral story of the Cocama culture (Cuninico native community in the peruvian Amazon, visited by the artist Helga Elsner Torres). In this story, the mothers tell their chidren they shouldn't shower in the lake because they can be devoured by the black puma. Actually, they want to warn them of the petroleum pollution of this water, already polluted by a state-owned pipeline. This video mixed the amazon mythology and the performance.

"El Puma Negro" in the Global Climate March in Berlin, one day before the start of COP 21 - United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Paris.
